A large holiday cottage to rent, ideal for families, groups, or couples wanting a secluded getaway. If you have larger numbers, you can book 2 farm holiday cottages. The Tollant barn conversion, with private hot tub, is a wonderful three bedroomed property with a view south across the Wye valley and a sheltered roof garden extending from the dining room area. A former hayloft, this conversion has created an airy single storey cottage with ash flooring and ash doors made from local timber.
Great for Families and Groups
Sleeping 6-7 people, the Tollant has one double bedroom, one with a pair of twin beds and the third has a double and a single. Cots for infants may be booked, but your own cot bedding will be required. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, basin and WC. A separate WC and hand basin is adjacent. The open plan sitting room/dining room has a railway wood/coal stove and velux windows overlooking the old farmyard and friendly animals.
Comfortable and Welcoming
A well-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area for large group self catering meals. The dining area opens out through French windows onto the roof garden – ideal for relaxing, eating out and for children to play. Safely surrounded by railings and a gate, the roof garden, via a short flight of steps, is the main means of access to the Tollant.
Facilities and equipment include, cottage hot tub central heating, logburner, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave TV/DVD, radio, books and games. A travel cot and highchair are available; please prebook if you require these. Parking on lane next to property.
